Most Overload pieces have a true-to-size athletic fit cut for layering and movement. Measurements below are body measurements, not garment.

- Chest 34-36" / 86-91cm. Waist 27-29" / 69-74cm.
- S
- Chest 36-38" / 91-97cm. Waist 29-31" / 74-79cm.
- M
- Chest 38-40" / 97-102cm. Waist 31-33" / 79-84cm.
- L
- Chest 40-42" / 102-107cm. Waist 33-35" / 84-89cm.
- XL
- Chest 42-44" / 107-112cm. Waist 35-37" / 89-94cm.
Women's tops & outerwear
- XS
- Bust 31-33" / 79-84cm. Waist 24-26" / 61-66cm.
- S
- Bust 33-35" / 84-89cm. Waist 26-28" / 66-71cm.
- M
- Bust 35-37" / 89-94cm. Waist 28-30" / 71-76cm.
- L

How to measure
- Chest / bust. Around the fullest part, under your arms, tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist. Around your natural waistline — just above the hip bone.
- Inseam. Crotch seam down to the floor on well-fitting trousers.
Between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed/oversized fit. Size down for a closer compression-style fit. Email us about a specific piece and we'll advise.
