Orders ship within 1-2 working days once payment clears. No weekend or bank holiday dispatch.

3-5 working days. £3.50 (free over £75).

Returns

Got the wrong size? You've got 30 days to send it back. Garments need to be unworn and have the tags on.

The process

  1. Drop us an email at overloadfitnessltd@gmail.com with the order number.
  2. We'll send a returns label that same day.
  3. Drop it at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.
  4. Refund hits your account once we've got the parcel back — usually 3-5 days.

Want a different size?

We don't do swaps. Send the original back for a refund and order the size you actually want — quickest way to get it sorted.

Something faulty?

If we've sent the wrong thing, or there's a defect, get a photo over within a week and we'll cover the return shipping. We'll either refund or replace, your call.
